Sara Evans is an American country music artist and singer with a net worth of $16 million. Sara Evans signed with RCA Nashville and released her debut album "Three Chords and the Truth" in 1997. The singer came out with "No Place That Far" in 1998 and had huge success with her title track. It was certified Gold. Her third album "Born to Fly" was released in 2000. The Hot Country Songs chart topped the charts with the title song. Born to Fly was certified double Platinum. She was awarded the Video of the Year award and was nominated for 6 other awards by the Country Music Association in 2001. She released the "Restless" and "Real Fine Place" albums in 2003, 2005 2006, "Stronger", in 2011 "Slow Me Down" (2011)"Slow Me Down," and "Real Fine Place". The song was a #1 hit with "Suds in the Bucket" and "A Real Fine Place to Begin". In 2006, she was the first performer from country music to appear on ABC's Dancing with the Stars. She was born in Boonville Missouri to Jack and Pat Evans. She is the seventh of seven kids. The family grew up on a 400-acre cattle and crop farm. Her mother also served as the school bus driver as well as her father's job at the Columbia Daily Tribune newspaper.
